Kyoto Townhouse "Kyoto Wasabi"
This is a 120-year-old Kyoto townhouse, a wooden building constructed with traditional techniques, no more than three stories high.
It is a "Chushi-nikai" style building with charming "Mushikagomado" windows and a low second-floor ceiling. This architectural style was popular from the late Edo period to the Meiji period and is also known as "Chu-nikai."
Townhouses often have a backyard called a "Zashiki-niwa," allowing residents and visitors to feel the greenery of plants changing with the seasons and the gentle breeze, while deeply experiencing the rustic charm of a mountain village.
Here, you can experience the traditional Japanese worldview of living in harmony with nature and appreciate the aesthetic way of Kyoto life.
Kobe Beef Shabu-shabu Set Meal
The tour includes a Kobe beef shabu-shabu set meal, featuring one of Japan's top three Wagyu beef varieties—Kobe beef.
When you take a bite of Kobe beef, the delicate marbling melts like snowflakes, and the rich meat juices dance on your tongue.
Each bite exudes a fragrant aroma, and the aftertaste lingers, a true feast for your taste buds!
Every piece of Kobe beef has beautiful marbling like marble, the secret to its melt-in-your-mouth texture.
The perfect blend of fat and lean meat creates a rich and layered taste.
If you are a gourmet pursuing ultimate deliciousness, Kobe beef is a delicacy you cannot miss.
It will bring you an unprecedented taste experience, allowing you to deeply understand the true meaning of "melt-in-your-mouth."
