Application Terms
※ Please agree to the following terms before applying |
1. I confirm that I do not have heart disease or other illnesses and will ensure my health is in good condition through adequate training. I will be responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost items. |
| 2. If the organizer determines that I cannot continue the race during the event, I will follow their instructions to stop. I will also comply with other safety and operational instructions from the organizer. |
| 3. If I get injured during the event, I agree to receive emergency treatment and will not raise objections or hold the organizer responsible. |
| 4. For any accidents, lost items, or injuries during the event, I agree to exempt the organizer from liability and will not seek compensation. |
| 5. My family, relatives, guardians (if the participant is a minor), or team members (if applying as a representative) have agreed to my participation. |
| 6. I will not falsify my age, gender, or other information, nor will I allow non-registrants to participate on my behalf (proxy runners). If falsification or proxy runners are discovered, I will comply with the organizer's decisions to disqualify me, revoke awards, and ban future participation. Additionally, I understand that the organizer is not responsible for providing rescue or refunds in such cases. |
| 7. I agree that images, photos, reports, records, etc., taken during the event (including personal information such as name, age, gender, results, and likeness) can be used in newspapers, TV, magazines, the internet, brochures, etc., and that the rights to publish and use them belong to the organizer. |
| 8. If the event is canceled due to natural disasters or adverse weather conditions (excluding reasons such as COVID-19 infections, incidents, or accidents), the registration fee will be refunded to the applicant. |
| 9. This application is a travel arrangement contract. No refunds will be issued for personal changes or cancellations (we will send the relevant prizes after the event). |
| 10. Participants must be at least 12 years old on the day of the race. ※ Those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. |
| 11. After registration, we will send a participation form. Please reply within the deadline. ※ If you do not reply within the deadline, you may not be able to participate, and no refund will be issued. |
| 12. Details and the event schedule will be announced by the official event organizer, and you will be notified accordingly. |
